If in the event you are not satisfied for any reason with the product, you can inform us regarding the return of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a full refund. You can initiate the return by reporting the issue to us on rudrakshbyakshita@gmail.com

In case you are not satisfied with the quality/authenticity of the products purchased or if the product is damaged during shipping, we will give a refund or exchange if the following criteria are met:-

* Before return or exchange let us know in details with the reason of return or exchange. 

* Once your return and refund request has been acknowledged by us, you can initiate a return of your package as per instructions given to you by our customer care team. 

* Refunds will be initiated upon receipt of the complete package in 15 working days.

Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Lost and damaged packages will not be refunded.
